Presentation: 16 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a Munique glass.
Appearance: The one finger head leaves behind a thin foam layer that's stays until the end and a lot of lacing in Small spots. It's a murky, milky, pale gold color.
Smell: Its a very aromatic, slightly perfumy scent of lemon peel, pineapple and mango. That's followed up by a sweeter aroma of whipped cream and it finishes with an herbal, minty note.
Taste: There's absolutely no bitterness. It starts with some fruity flavors of lemon and and cantaloupe. It follows up with some soft and creamy, whole milk and a slight, hop resin earthiness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth, pillowy, creamy and very refreshing. It's medium bodied and the carbonation is low.
Overall: There's a good balance between the fruity citrus and milky flavor from the lactose on the palate. It also smells great and has a nice, silky smooth texture too. A great beer overall.
