Draft pour at the brewery release on 2/14/20 served in the SBionage Club stein.
The look is dark brown and flat with a minuscule ring of light tan foam rimming the glass. Smells of strawberry puree, bakers chocolate, burnt brown sugar. The taste is strawberry, dark chocolate cookie akin to Oreos. The feel is super thin and unremarkable.
My overall opinion is it's nothing more than a serviceable Valentines Day flavored gimmick. As advertised with strawberry and chocolate, but tastes artificial like a strawberry Oreo. The super thin feel doesn't help either. I'll pass on a future pour.
