473ml can served cold into pint glass. Purchased from the brewery.
Appearance - Clear coppery/gold in color with a decent finger and a half of white head. Good staying power. Some visible bubbles.
Smell - Some sweetness and leafy hops primarily with a touch of a grain backbone. The hops smell like noble hops.
Taste - Mildly bitter, leafy hops, some grain, balanced with some sweetness shining through that is a touch akin to bubblegum. Finishes more bitter.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, expressive carbonation and semi-dry to close.
Overall - A good example of the style, good drinkability and plenty of flavor too. Worthy addition to the lineup for sure.
