Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a 750 ml bottle on March 10, 2019. An Irish style coffee stout that draws inspiration from the classic Irish Coffee. The base beer is an Irish style imperial cream stout that has been aged in bourbon and rye barrels for six months. The beer was then steeped with freshly roasted and ground coffee from Stone Creek Coffee.

Nice coffee on the nose, milk chocolate, a bit of sweet whiskey, slightly burnt pie crust, a touch of roast. Lighter medium bodied, good carbonation, roasty finish.

On tap at brewery during my first visit. Fantastic tasting barrel aged Irish style coffee stout. I'd put this up against almost anything coming out of Amherst. Well done.
