Red, White, & Blue, is a fruited kettle sour aged in a unique assortment of wine and spirit barrels. There are 3 variants, a Red, a White, and a Blue. The Red has aged in Pinot Noir, Oloroso Sherry, and Tawny Port barrels, with cherries and raspberries added. The White has aged in California Chardonnay and French Sauternes barrels, with apricots and peaches added. The Blue has aged in Brandy, Pinot Noir, and Port/Bourbon barrels (a port barrel that then aged bourbon), with blueberries and blackberries added.

Appearance: Pours a relatively clear amber colored (with a raspberry hue); the modest head fades to a collar and leaves a few speckles behind
Smell: Oloroso Sherry, sour wheat are accompanied by overripe cherry and raspberry tones; the barrel aromatics of Pinot Noir and Tawny Port are also detected
Taste: Sour wheat forward with a building tart element; underneath, the cherry and raspberry tones emerge; developing, after the swallow, is the contribution from the three barrels - Pinot Noir, emphasizing the delicate fruit, Oloroso Sherry, adding a fortified raisin tone, and Tawny Port, adding more fortified grape flavor
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: A lot of complexity with the multiple barrels and quite creative with the fruit additions
