5th Anniversary Solera. FIVE was brewed with raisin juice and honey then aged in three different spirit barrels. As it moved from Bourbon to Brandy and finally to PX Sherry, we left a portion of the beer behind in each barrel to blend into the next year's beer. This beer will evolve each year as we continue to age it in this Solera process.
