Pours dark black with a very nice head of foam. Aroma is fine chocolate, vanilla and bourbon. Taste is dark chocolate, bourbon and coconut. The beer is thick and full. The bourbon is highly pronounced, perhaps too much. The ABV is not hidden in any way. A very nice approximation of German Chocolate Cake. A welcome addition to any beer cellar!
