Appearance: Pours an only slightly hazy (75% clarity) medium orange color with visible sediment floating in the glass. A moderate white head. SRM of 7. (3.75)
Aroma: Moderate aromas of tropical berries, pine, melon.
Flavor: Moderate flavors of sweet tropical fruit, berries, pine. Juicy, tropical mixes with the pine. Relatively dry.
Feel: Medium-bodied. Strong carbonation. Balances the juicy tropical with the pine for a balanced, clean finish on the palate.
Compared to WeldWerks Cloud Bits 10/2022: Pours darker, clearer. Stronger aromas. More juicy berries and pine. More tropical. less cantaloupe flesh and booze.
Overall: A surprisingly nice NEIPA here with the Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Nice tropical berry, flower, melon notes. It's a hazy IPA without being hazy. Juicy and tropical flavors. Drinks clean and relatively dry. Nice carbonation. All around drinks nicely. (Rating: 4.11)
