Pours chocolate bar brown with a too brief head. Aroma is raisins and a overtone of sweetness. Taste is moderately thick with raisins and bourbon present. Sweetness glides over the top of everything. None of the flavors linger, with the exception of the bourbon and brandy from the barrels. The ABV is deceivingly present but lures one in and holds them against their will. A different take worth a taste.
