From the bottom of the can, on the edge: "5/4/21"
Appearance: The body is a medium gold color that is very hazy, allowing only fuzzy shadows through the glass. The body has a ton of suspended solids ranging in size from small dust-sized particles to larger granules the size of a tiny pebble. The head is short and white which fades quickly to a ring and a thin white film across the surface of the beer. Very little lacing and not much head retention.
Aroma: It has a moderate aroma of onion and garlic.
Taste: Up front there are some fruity characters like mango and pineapple. Towards the middle these flavors gain a little strength and join a pleasant grain flavor. It is a little grassy but that character comes through mostly at the end of each sip and in the aftertaste. There is a little bit of pine that creeps in from the edges from time to time.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium-light body with very good bitterness. Carbonation feels good on the beer.
Overall: The beer has a nice combination of tropical fruit-like character and bitterness, although it also has a grassy character and both the aroma and flavor can feel muted at times. It's worth picking up and trying at least once. I could drink it again from time to time.

This IPA is more of a burnt orange to amber, (darker in appearance compared to the DIPA), and hazy, with a moderate, soft white foam head leaving spongy yet wobbly lacing on the glass.
The body is medium with a round feel to it, as well as a light but soft carbonation that delivers exceedingly clean notes of grapefruit and mildly bitter evergreen. These notes are accented by a little dank cannabic spice and a touch of Smarties before coming to a delicately powder dry finish.
Wow these taste way better than I thought they would, and are VERY fresh, coming out of a cooler in a national park where you might otherwise expect AALs to be the soup du jour.
