3/10/20 date stamp near bottom rim of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Arnold Palmer hazy hue with 2-finger frothy off-white head with good retention and thick stripes of lacing.
S: Aroma is solid but lighter than the upper tier of the style with mango, peach, berry, and lime.
T: Flavor is solid but not up to the top level either with delicious peach, guava, mango, lime, and berry with moderate fruity esters, just lower in intensity and clarity of flavor compared to others. Low bitterness. Fruity through and through.
M: Soft and a tickle of astringency which isn’t bad with creaminess and soft carbonation as you’d expect.
O: I enjoyed quantum HOP more and more as I went through the 4-pack. The flavor is very good but just not up to the high standards of Bask and Opera (bring it back!).
