04/14/21 stamped on bottom lip of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy light yellow with 1-2 finger white foamy head that fades quickly and leaves a fair amount of spotty lacing.
S: Hoppy aroma of tangerine, orange, and lemon-lime with moderate fruity esters
T: Flavor reflects the aroma but in the style it is fairly subdued with a lot of citrus with tangerine, lemon-lime, and orange with light herbal edge. Moderate fruity esters in the flavor with no off-flavors. Low bitterness.
M: Dangerously drinkable with soft front-end without being chalky and a more dry finish. Carbonation seems right on target.
O: Another good one-off from Basic City that will do well around Cville this summer I am sure. I wish it bumped up the aroma and flavor a notch.
