This hazy, juicy Triple IPA features exclusively Oregon-grown hops from out friends at Crosby Hop Farm. A ridiculous amount of the finest Strata, Comet, and Amarillo hops come together to make a beer with intensely peachy, tropical, and citrusy aromas and flavors.

Dense cloudy pale orange in color with w foamy white head.
Big bold fruity notes with great dankness.
Upfront grapefruit with pine and mango with some orange zest, and nice bitterness.
Thick and chewy with decent carbonation.
Not a huge triple fan but this is one of those exceptions.

No canning date (released late-4/20/20, so presumably canned around this time)
Pours a turbid, dark golden copper-orange body capped with a finger and a half of rocky, soapy off-white head; ok retention yields a frothy, spotty cap along with a thin yet persistent collar and a temporary splotching of webby lacing.
Aroma opens with pungent notes of composting gooseberry with a soft medicinal hop undertone, quickly informing nuanced hints of ruby red grapefruit, blueberry, guava, passionfruit, dank mango, and peach skins; dirt and dense herbal hop resin being a balanced intensity coursing through the back end of the bouquet.
Taste brings out dominant tones of peach accented with underlying papaya and earthier variation via spiced tangerine peel; peppery hops proceed along the mid-palate, while notes of Tang, dense wheat, musty blueberry, and mango add an eclectic mix through the back end of the palate and into the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium-full body calibrated with a lower-spectrum carbonation as a result sporting a condensed prickle and spritzy grit peaking through the mid-palate; a bright juiciness underneath follows seamlessly, progressing with a touch of oily texture into the finish before a soft, effortless swallow.
There's a true balance in this one I've yet to experience in any TIPA up to this point, where the normally untamed sweetness is tempered effectively by a potent hop profile engaged with it's more resinous qualities just as keenly as its fruity, hazy saturation; there is minimal booziness, an even-keeled flavor profile, and a pillowy feel, considering the weight it carries, nearly beyond reproach. In essence, the most earnest effort in approachability to a TIPA I've encountered to-date.

Let me preface my review with the following: I am not a fan of high alcohol IPAs, specifically triples, as they tend to fall in the 10% and above abv range. This is easily the best triple IPA I've ever had. Pours a rusty colored orange/peach hue; murky in appearance; and highlighted by a solid two fingers of rocky beige head with excellent retention, and aesthetically pleasing lacing. Aromas of dank week, grapefruit rind, orange peel, peaches, and mangoes. Added layers of mint leaves, and resin. Taste follows with emphasis on lemon zest, peach gummies, and valencia oranges. The feel is coating, robust, and a touch bitter. Again, the abv is well hidden in this offering from Tombstone, and that remains even after a bit of warming. Well executed; all-around stellar beer. Cheers.

Trending upwards in The Oregon Lots series, we’ve reached the pinnacle of 16 oz. cans. I prefer my cans bigger, but this will do.
The pour looks much like the first two installments, a dirty orange, Nose also mimics, with bigger helpings of oranges, passionfruit, & a whopping whop of bald sugar. Holy sweet.
The Oregon Lots IIIPA banishes the roughness of its immediate predecessor & goes frozen marble smooth. NE IPA to the core, this heaps sweetness on top of the shaky IPA base, which is probably asphyxiated from being buried so thoroughly. OK, maybe not. Massive tropical flavors, mostly oranges, passionfruit, & an additional layer of peaches that I hadn’t noted previously. Barely enough bitterness to keep this from dropping into Hallmark movie territory. The rollicking sweetness limits how much of this I’d care to rot my teeth & gums with.
Like a Kardashian, this makes a good first impression, but the overwhelming sweetness wears out its welcome about half way through. Wait. Mixed metaphors. Good beer, but the IIPA is the height of the series.

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 11-14-19 for $4.74. Canned on 11-11-19; consumed 1-28-20. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a hazy orange with a beautiful head with the original pour.
Nose is wonderful; orange, grapefruit, and mango are very pungent.
Taste is a great medley of orange, peach, grapefruit, and peach are all over the huge but light malt base. Finishes true to the style, rind bitterness balances and exceeds the huge malt base; bitterness is 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall another very well made TIPA by TBC!
