from UnTappd and the micro's website--
We love to put a modern twist on classic ingredients, and our Pale Ale is no exception. Citra and Centennial hops lead the way, with Columbus and Chinook providing some complexity. Clean and crushable!
Hops: Centennial, Citra, Columbus, Chinook
Malt: Pale, Torrefied Wheat. Yeast: Bluestone New England

Bought at Sydney's Oak Barrel. UnTappd with 1,125 Uniques for this Pale calls it an Aussie Pale... although I think it closer to an APA than many Aussie Pales I've had this month.
Fox Friday has brewed a pleasant Pale. Its foam is a bit below average with no lasting foam. But its Smells are pleasantly fruity, almost like a NEIPA. Tastes are balanced by the bitter hops that finish stronger than the fruit. Refreshing, but not distinctly so. Light in my mouth.
My first from Fox Friday, I went on their website which was a bit mum about their motivations and origination. But they have taprooms in Melbourne and Perth, so recognise that the Hobart market is too small and they need to "export" to the main island. Decent Overall Hugs to them. Cheers, mates !

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
