Cloudy as expected with a whitish apricot juice color. Minor head which settles to fine rim bubbles. No lacing though.
The smell is well blended with the malt being slightly stronger than the hop. Some tropical fruit but no evergreen or bitterness. Delicate and inviting.
Spritzy with a neutral body, it belies expectations but don’t deviate too far. The flavor has a strong black pepper presence. The fruitiness is muted and overall, the brewer is quite dry. The aftertaste is of moderate length with more black pepper lingering.
