Deep dark brown with no light passing. Modest head that settles to rim bubbles. No lacing.
Sweeter with a Graham cracker prominence. Low hop bitterness.
The taste is similar to the smell—milky sweet with a mild cookie flavor. Richer body with a very low level of effervescence. The finish brings forth a semisweet chocolate. The aftertaste has just a touch of sourness.
