From a 330ml bottle.
L: Pale gold. Slight haze from suspended yeast. A few trails of bubbles. Thin cap.
S: Yeast, spices, banana. Understated.
T: Crisp, yeasty, cloves.
F: Light/medium body. Moderate carbonation. Sour finish offset by a little sweetness up-front.
O: Refreshing, slightly gassy, yeasty, and dry saison. It’s sufficiently dry that it works for the cooler months as much as a summer evening.
