Stopped by here last weekend, needed to try Troon after all the posts about it. Brewery located on a farm, there is also a distillery and an outstanding tavern restaurant on the property.
The brewery and the beers did not disappoint, the praise was not hype.
Bogomilism, drink of the gods, comes in at 9.2 percent and you can't taste the alcohol.
First thing is the smell, pineapple grapefruit , just from the tap. I was six feet away and the aroma was incredible. The look is beautiful and the taste is up there with the best NEPAs.
Another small NJ brewery doing great things.
