Viscous, butter yellow haze. Nose is sticky melon and sharp green snapped stems. Hints of grapefruit. Taste is orange creamsicle, predominantly on the back end. Additional flavors of overripe melon, pear, watermelon candy, and dank, sappy green. Typical creamy mouthfeel from Troon, albeit a bit less pronounced. I get a balance between both worlds here. Out of this world NEIPA profile mixed w/ that bitterness I love from a traditional IPA. It's subtle, but it's there. Impressively unique aroma & taste profile. This is phenomenal.

From a crowler canned yesterday, and on tap at the Brick Farm Tavern. Pours Troon's characteristic milky greenish-yellow-gold. Big dense white head leaves thick lacing. Smell and taste feature fresh grapefruit, passionfruit, guava and earthy, dank, green herbs. Taste follows. A bit of drying, grapefruit pith bitterness in the finish. Personally, for myself, that is to say, as for me, I'm happy to have some bitterness. Insanely good.
