Sweet tropical hoppy, pineapple fruity, slightly malty, slightly earthy, and a stonefruity and citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a soft, smooth, and creamy, vanilla custard, earthy hoppy/citrus hoppy bitter finish...a touch of booze shows up as it warms. This one is a little too much Galaxy dominant for my tastes so I probably wouldn't revisit...but you can tell that this is quality made and well done! I just wish they would list their hop profiles so that people/beernerds like me could be more informed on what they are purchasing.
