Presentation: 16 oz. can with no dates, served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand.
Appearance: The one finger head stays around for a while and leaves behind a lot of lacing in webs and patches all over the glass. It's a clear, bright gold color.
Smell: There isn't much going on in the nose; just a sharp, citrus peel aroma of orange and grapefruit, that's pretty much it.
Taste: There's a slight bitterness right away with a sharp, citrus acidity and a slightly bitter bite. There's orange, grapefruit and a touch of pine.
Mouthfeel: It's medium bodied and mildly smooth with medium carbonation.
Overall: A good IPA, but it doesn't really stand out in any particular way in today's market. The "organic" designation doesn't seem to really bring anything perceivable to the aroma or flavor.

Not much on the nose. Soft silky mouth feel. Starts out with smooth malt, finishes with a bitter but that lasts forever. Decent, but not great.

16oz can. Thanks to my friend, Derek, for giving me a can to try. Crazy tall beige head slowly fades atop a hazy amber colored IPA leaving a thick layer of foam and chunky lacing down the glass. Aroma is hoppy hinting at pine, citrus, and spicy hops with caramel malt. Flavor matches aroma: old school IPA here with a bold bready caramel malt backbone that is eventually overridden by pungent pine, bitter grapefruit, and an earthy spice from the hops. Full body, creamy and resinous, moderate carbonation, finishing pungently bitter with pine resin lingering. I like this. I'll get it again if I see it.

A well constructed IPA in today’s world of false naming. A sweet, honey and biscuit malt profile balanced with a bitter hip bite. I like the bitterness balancing the palate. Medium mouthfeel. Reminds me of some farmhouse IPAs I’ve had. Solid brew

This is a solid IPA. I'm not massively sure how the organic label affects the outcome here but this beer is definitely very well balanced - which considering the high ABV is no mean feat. Hops are lively and zing with a lemony/orange zip, which is married to a slight touch of caramel and biscuit on the backend.

Had at Chai (a Nepalese restaurant.) Went well with the spices.
Another Chicago brewer unknown to me. (At least I'm not the follower on this one.)

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 oz bottle on October 29, 2016. Look is light amber with a thick soapy head and sticky lacing. Smell is citrus. Taste is citrus. Feel is crisp with a nice clean finish.
