16 oz can into a pint glass. Clear deep golden color with a large foamy white head fed by a jet stream of bubbles. Sweet-smelling aroma of honey, melon, pear, and freshly baked bread. Taste is doughy malt, honey, pear, lemon citrus. Very smooth feel that goes down easy. One of the more flavorful and well-crafted examples of the style.

16 ounce can into lager glass, 219LAG484 can code. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly densew and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, melon, cracker, white bread, light biscuit/toast, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. A bit of fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and light-moderate fruity/earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, melon, cracker, white bread, light biscuit/toast, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, pear, melon, cracker, white bread, light biscuit/toast, wood, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate fruity/earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is a very nice pale lager. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and light-moderate fruity/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great clean pils malt showcase, with great Palisade hop presence/balance for the style. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

16oz can, drank from the can. Has some biscuity maltiness with a slight nuttiness; grassy hops with a bit of spicy hop. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp finish. Overall, pretty decent, but I wouldn't get it again.
