16 oz can poured into a shaker pint glass. Deep almost dark golden color. Very clear with a thick head that leaves a good amount of lace. Bright floral hop aroma. Taste is nicely sublime. Hops are there but honey balances it nicely. Alcohol comes through on the finish. Really well made and unique beer

Pours a beautiful deep golden color that’s clear, with a creamy off white head on top that provides moderate lacing. Gorgeous WCDIA. The honey is immediately noticeable on the nose and is a nice complement to some resiny pine and fruity hop notes.
The taste is actually led by the resiny pine and fruity hops, with the slightly sweet honey flavor following for a smooth finish absolutely devoid of any alcohol, quite impressive given the 9.1% ABV.
The mouthfeel is full and drying, on point for the style. I’m enjoying this on tap at the brewery and it’s really fresh and hitting the spot, an exceptionally well executed beer.

Look: A deep coppery color that's almost bronze. It develops a light tan head that rises to almost 2 fingers and shows some retention, leaving spotting and a light ring where it sits.
Smell: It's a somewhat resinous beer in which the honey adds a balancing sweetness but doesn't detract from the hoppiness. Sweeter malts come in as well to keep it even.
Taste: Like the nose; hops are by no means blistering, but there's a nice complexity and flow all the way through. Smooth with just a bit of bite and very even overall.
Feel: Body is moderate, crispness is strong but it stays smooth from start to finish.
