I tried this coffee blond beer at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with very thin white head that did not leave any lacing. The scent had hints of coffee. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a coffee roast from start to finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer.

L: It's a light yellow, a few shades beyond straw, with a nice 1/2 finger cap of pure white head that lasts for the duration and leaves heavy spotting mingled with lacing.
S: The coffee is in the smell without overpowering the very light beer beneath. The malts are dry and crackery with a little grassiness while the typical light sweetness comes through without seeming like creamed corn, something I've noticed in less skilled versions of the style.
T: The aroma was good, but this beer really is a true blonde beer beneath the coffee and it's pretty impressive to be so clearly distinguished while having a legitimately strong coffee presence. Really well done.
F: Light-bodied, it doesn't fade or lose anything in the finish. It's well carbonated without being foamy and has a nice bite without biting too hard.
