Bourbon Barrel Aged Evil Earnie is a beast of an imperial stout with a dark soul, aged to perfection in a 9-year Elijah Craig bourbon barrel. It delivers deep, roasted malts twisted with fierce bites of bourbon-soaked oak, accompanied by notes of butterscotch and bittersweet chocolate. This brew is as menacing as its name-bold, barrel-aged, and hauntingly smooth.

Served in a snifter
This beer pours very dark brown with a minimal head that leaves no trace. Garnet highlights when held to the light.
Caramel, vanilla, and chocolate aroma. Hints of red fruit and faint anise.
Caramel flavor with vanilla. Chocolate follows. I get some anise in the finish.
Medium bodied with a smooth, oily mouthfeel
This is a damn smooth imperial stout given the abv. Alcohol is hidden. The flavor is great. It smells nice. I have zero complaints. Well executed BA stout. Hold on. One complaint. It is a bit thin. Otherwise, fantastic.
