Black, scarce foam, light brown, evanescent.
Smell of coffee, green, lightly toasted. Vegetal notes, nuts, medlar, cocoa.
Very good coffee, green.
In the mouth very smooth and round, Coffee, cocoa, chocolate. A little oily, nuts.
Full body, bitter aftertaste, with chocolate, artichoke, coffee.
Very good pairing with bitter chocolate 99%.

Black color with brown head, aroma of chocolate, vanilla, cherry and liqueur, taste is medium plus sweet, lightly bitter, with chocolate, coffe, vanilla and liqueur, full body, oily, soft carbonation, excellent.
