Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size dark brown foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of whiskey and woody notes with some roasted malt and black chocolate notes. Taste is also a mix of whiskey notes with some woody notes and black chocolate notes Body is slightly below average with good carbonation with some warming alcohol notes. Enjoyable BA stout though body is maybe not solid enough to sustain the barrel-aged notes.
