Combination of blushing raspberries and yeasts isolated from fruits have created a community of flavours where fresh picked berries mingle with lingering jammy notes.

Pours a cloudy, crimson red coloration with a tiny, fizzy head that completely fades away almost immediately. Smells of light doughy malt and a distinct raspberry aroma, with just a hint of musty funk also coming through. Taste is a good balance of light doughy malt and a very vibrant and distinct raspberry presence, as well as lighter fruty esters of tart green apple and and a certain underlying lactic/citric acidity, with light hints of musty funk coming through as well. Finishes arther dry, with a light/medium acidity and some raspberry and hints of funk lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Just like their latest wild offering, while this is not too complex or funky, it really makes up for that with a vibrant fruitiness, the raspberries really pop here, while featuring a good acidity and mild musty funk as well. Overall it makes for a very enjoyable, fruity, dry and refreshing summer beer that's easy-drinking and well-balanced, with a very good tartness and acidity to it. It's really nice to see that Pühaste branching out like this and while their Wild Ales may not be quite on the same level as their world-class barrel-aged stouts yet, this is still a great effort that makes for a very pleasanr drinking experience.
