Pours a cloudy, golden coloration with a medium, fluffy head and visible carbonation. Smells of bidcuity, doughy malt and citrus/tropical/berry hops, with notes of grapefruit, papaya and red berries, as well as a certain floral potpourri accents. Taste is a good balance of biscuity, doughy malt and fruity, floral, slightly grassy and resinous hops, with citrus, tropical and berry notes of grapefruit, papaya and strawberry, as well as hints of potpourri and pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit, strawberry and potpourri lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

While I still don't really see the point of IPLs, I'd rather have a proper IPA or Lager, this is a pretty nice example of the style that is quite fruity and somewhat crisp, although I personally dislike that typical, floral potpourri note of Talus. There's some quite zesty citrus notes to this as well, plus some light berry notes from the Callista. Overall, this makes for a nice and easy-drinking, fruity and crisp IPL that makes for a great summer beer.
