Sour wheat ale seasoned with cranberries, apples and vanilla.
Beautiful deep ruby colour with a playful pink foam. Aroma brings in fresh and ripe cranberries with a delicate note of vanilla. Sour cranberries bring freshness to the palate together with juicy apples. The flavours are tied together with a touch of vanilla. This beer is buzzing with rich flavours and refreshing sourness.

Pours a cloudy, deep ruby red coloration with a medium, fluffy, pink head. Smells of doughy malt and tart cranberries, as well as some apple and vanilla also comingthrough. Taste is a great balance of light doughy malt, tart cranberry and green apple, with some vanilla also coming through. Finishes with a medium tartness and some cranberry, apple and vanilla lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A sour ale that does exactly what it says on the tin, with the cranberry, apple and vanilla working together better than I expected. The cranberry is probably most dominant, with the apple and vanilla coming through distinctly as well though. There's a really great balance to this, with all the different additives being quite noticeable without taking away from each other, while the tartness from the fruits is balanced very nicely by the vanilla sweetness. Overall, this makes for an enjoyable, thirst-quenching sour ale with quite an interesting and well-balanced flavor profile.
