Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical, citrus hops, with notes of mango, passion fruit and orange, with just a hint of vanilla as well. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly grassy and herbal hops, with tropical, citrus and berry notes of mango, passion fruit, orange and blueberry, as well as just a hint of vanilla coming through as well.
I think it's a bit of a shame that Pühaste has this series of experimental hop variety IPAs and then does not do it single-hopped but uses 50% Mosaic every time. That certain orange creamsicle note of Lotus still comes through nicely here though, with a vibrant orange character and just a hint of vanilla, with some strong tropical notes and berry accents from Mosaic as well. Overall, this makes for an enjoyable NEIPA with an interesting orange creamsicle character and quite vibrant and well defined hop profile in general, as well as a good body and mouthfeel.
