Pours a cloudy, carmine red coloration with a medium, frothy head and some chunks settling at the the bottomof the glass. Smells of doughy malt, cherry, apricot and peach. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of cherry apricot and peach, with just a hint of sea salt coming trhough as well. Finishes with a light tartness and sweetness, as well as some cherry, apricot and peach lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
This makes for really nice, light and refreshing Fruited Kettle Sour with some vibrant and natural stone fruit notes of cherry, apricot and peach, with the cherry perhaps standing out the most, as well as just a hint of sea salt in the aftertaste.
