Pours a clear gold color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of strong yeast, fruit, floral, sweet malt, slight spice, and a hint of floral hops. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with a high carbonation level. There is also a noticeable bitterness. Tastes of strong yeast, fruit, floral, sweet malt, slight spice, hint of citrus hops, and a hint of floral hops. Overall, decent appearance, too carbonated, classic example, tasty.

Poured out a cloudy orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of yeast, straw and subtle fruity notes. Tasted very yeasty with hints of fruit and caramel.
