Clear yellowish amber with plenty of foam in the Piraat tulip. Aroma of lemon, lime and a little funk. Sharp mouthfeel but not overly acidic. Clean citrus with that fermenting pineapple taste I like.
From the brewer: "Fermented in our oak foeder with a wild saccharomyces yeast, toasted coconut and heavily dry-hopped with citra and amarillo." I don't actually taste coconut, but it's mellow and less intensively hopped. Overall, this is perfectly delicious. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bottlecraft in LIberty Station.
