Canned 2021/01/26, hoping this is closer to Vienna/Bohemian style than "Corona" style
Pours a med larger frothy semi dense 1 finger head with moderate retention, a little lacing, very clear light pale to straw color
Nose brings some cereal grain, a touch of straw, lemongrass, some fruity notes typical of slightly warmer fermentation in that region, light but decent floral slight citrus hops
Taste more cereal grain up front, grainy, a little straw and maybe corn as well, a touch of grainy-sweet pilsner like malt as well, then quickly into hops, floral little herbal turning spicy later, little lemongrass and grassy notes in general, soft lager up front, crisp bitterness on the finish like a good European lager,
Mouth is lighter bod, med-higher almost effervescent carb
Overall solid lager, thankfully nowhere near the macro Mexican lagers, someone like a mix of the Vienna-like (without any toasted characters) and Bohemian pilsner maybe, but either way light and drinkable, easy summer beer
