1 oz. can. Medium yellow color with white head. Mild flavors of biscuit, grain, and salt. Some crisp hoppiness with no lingering bitterness. A fine example of the style.

Nice light golden color German Pilsner. Balanced taste, crisp mouthfeel, nice clean pour with a white micro foam head. Available direct from the brewery in sixtels and advance notice.

A pretty decent German Pilsner. Sweet crackery malts with a noticeable but not overpowering bitterness. Not as dry as I expected. The beer's body is light-medium to medium-light with a smooth and slightly crisp mouthfeel. The brew drinks quite easily.

Desperate Times Brewery "German Pilsner"
on tap at the brewery on 8 September 2018
Notes: Clear straw gold body beneath a bright white head of foam. Average head retention and lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet golden malt and floral hops. The flavor adds some additional spicy character. It's firmly bitter with a dry finish. Medium to medium-light in body and crisp-then-smooth. Decent pilsner that's worth trying.
