I am sampling a cold 16 oz can picked up at a store in PA. Pouring into my .3L stange. No date stamp on the can.
The beer pours a bright clear straw color with frothy bleached white head of about 1.5 cm. The pineapple nose hits upon opening the can! A few lazy bubbles rise to the surface of the beer and the foam fades slowly to a rocky surface layer leaving windowpane lattice on the glass. The beer looks very nice.
The aroma, as mentioned, is dominated by pineapple, its not a robust nose, but pineapple take the lead. Maybe a little crackery malt behind it. Hard to tell. The pineapple makes me think of the canned fruit more than a fresh one.
Certainly not a purist aroma, but I actually dont think its bad for what it is.
First sip reveals a light body and crisp texture with fine, sort of prickly carbonation. Seems on point here for physical traits.
Flavor is more nuanced than the nose. I do get more bread and cracker notes here and then some light pineapple sweetness that finally rolls to a spicy and grassy hop bite. Finish is dry. No hint of the ABV.
Honestly, I think this is kinda good and would see this being enjoyable at the beach or poolside. The fruit adds something interesting, its too dominant on the nose but more balanced on flavor. Not bad TBH.

Two finger's worth of fluffy pure white snow colored froth... Modest retention... Color is a slightly hazed medium honey... Nose highlight freshly sliced pineapple as the name would indicate... You may think you this would be hoppy if you didn't know better... The palate is a bit of a challenge Highlighted by cereal grains and a slightly metallic component... The pineapple struggles to shin through... The first couple sips are rough, but each successive sip improves... Light to medium body with brisk carbonation... Slightly chalky on the tongue... May not be bad on a hot summer's night but certainly not something I would revisit with regularity...
