16oz can with no date, purchased at the brewery on 10-6-20. Opened 10-9-20.
1/4" head of off-white foam, good retention.
Almost fully opaque, but not "hazy", golden pale ale. Sticky lacing all around.
Orange blossom, floral, citrus (grapefruit), and bready malts...hint of caramel.
Bitter grapefruit rind, lots of citrus oil, lemon, and a hefty bready malt base to carry it.
Full bodied pale ale with medium high carbonation and an interesting prickly/lively mouthfeel.
Lengthy, bitter and off-dry finish.
Drinks bigger than 5.3% in a good way.
Very Good to Outstanding.
