16oz can purchased at the brewery, no freshness dating. Opened 9-5-21.
1 finger white head, falls quickly to a solid cap, then gone.
Golden brew with very good clarity. No lacing.
Aroma is green coffee, more of a woodsy, bright aroma and not a roasty coffee smell. Some fruitiness underneath the coffee. Flavor follows the aroma closely.
Medium body with a round mouthfeel and carbonation on the lower side. Some bitterness early but finishes on the sweeter side with a light roast coffee flavor.
