16oz can purchased at the brewery, no date. Opened 8-28-21.
1 finger white head, decent retention after it falls to a solid 1/4" cap.
Opaque and soft golden color. Wispy lacing.
Sharp, ripe tropical fruit in the aroma and flavor with a subtle (for a sour) puckering acidity and tartness.
Medium body, medium-high carbonation, refreshing sour and tart mouthfeel.
Medium length finish that isn't really dry or sweet - rides the fence. Crushable.
Very Good.
