The last in our Sound Effect series of hop forward beers. Zapp! Is a kettle sour hopped with Cascade lupulin powder, Mandarina Bavaria and Loral pellets! Super fresh orange tartness.

This is actually a Kettle Sour but since that is not available as an option I used IPA since they also call it a sour IPA. It is delicious and has a great sour taste and very reminiscent of a Gose but without much if any salt flavor.
