Big hop flavor, small package. Smalls is a hazy pale ale bursting with tropical and citrus notes from Citra, Strata, Azacca, and Citra Cryo. All the juicy aroma of an IPA, but with a lighter ABV so you can keep the good times rolling.

Had this on the Texas trip this summer. 1st review of the beer on this Next Glass database. Next Glass subsidiary has really devalued reviewing beers karma wise, no wonder almost 6 months later, I'm writing the first review for this beer over 1,000 miles away from where I had it. For traffic shame.
Pours a light hazy amber orange like color. 1/4" white head. Citra hops mostly in the nose. There's Idaho 7 and Azacca, but its Citra most prominent in the nose.
The taste keeps pushing both citrus flesh and rind. The Idaho 7 contributes a nice bitterness in the mouthfeel that I prefer in these hazy pale ales. Don't want it too smooth or trubby. The Azacca doesn't really approach the other down under hop dankness here. Seems to be the lightest hop quantity used here. Its a pretty simple Citra pale ale with a hazy malt base, but a good usage of Idaho 7 to give it enough of a bitter kick to be moreso in my wheelhouse.
Bartender(s) were cool. I liked the vibe.
