Country & Western brings a fresh angle to the contemporary West Coast IPA – showing off a clean, steady-going bitterness that intermingles both classic and contemporary hop aromatics. A double dose of Crosby’s Strata CGX in the whirlpool, even more in the fermentor, and accented with Amarillo and Centennial, Country & Western delivers pronounced notes of bergamot, blood orange, and freshly-picked strawberries – we get a little lychee and sweet cannabis boppin’ around in the background too. Additionally, we opted for a neutral yeast strain to allow the hops to pop as much as possible!! ⁣
