Copenhagen 11/5 2019. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgåard (web-shop). Drawing of a Beach surrounded by blackberry plants on the can.
Pours hazy orange with a very big white head with a pink hue. Bubbly. Settles as frugal foamy remnants drifting around. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, tart and fruity. Unripe, tart berries dominating. Lighter fruity sweetness rummaging in the background. Very summerlike.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor finds a balance between a light sweetness and a tart sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with light sweet undertones. A little thin. Sour, dry finish.
A bit thin, but easy to drink, summer beer.
