B2, bottled 2028, drank Feb, 2025, cellared properly.
Just couldn't drink this, way to acidic. Battery acid. Can easily get how some might like this, mouthfeel was thick and I could almost get there at room temp, but it was just not to be. Had to drain pour it. I tried. Couldn't even make half a 375 ml bottle.

500 mL bottle into a Jolly Pumpkin tulip
Opaque, yellow-orange appearance, low carbonation and no head.
Nose is tart nectarines and oak, some horseblanket funk to round things out.
Complex and quenching profile, tons of nectarine essence with just enough sour bite and drying oak to balance. Short finish with some lingering sour lemon and earthy funk.
One of my favorite beers from Cellador, and a lot better than their first run at this 5 years ago.

T: A smooth nectarine with a strong body and clear finish.
F: Nectarine soda.
O: A beer that's good from the first to the last drop.

On tap at Toronado.
A clear Amber orange with a thin white head that falls off leaving little lacing, this looks solid. The nose is an intriguing blend of sherry and peach, with sweet white wine, mildly oxidized with honey, overripe grapes and overripe fruit. Mildly vinous with a beerenauslesse character. Mild acetone as well. The palate opens with semi ripe nectarine and peach with honey, peach, white wine vinegar, q little vanilla. The vinegar brightens up the palate a bunch, but is a little overdone. Sour and acidic with a nice fruit character. Light in body and softly carbonated, this beer finishes dry and acetic. Excellent on the nose but the acetic notes are overdone., Really hampering drinkability.
