500 mL bottle into a Duvel Artist Series Tulip
Cloudy, mimosa-looking brew, effervescent with almost no head. Aromatic nose, with the cidery, musty aspects combining with lactic acid to give your olfactories a nice wallop. Fruity sweet on the palate relative to the bouquet, although it's still crisp and tart. Pit fruit, lemon-tart and a touch of funk all usher in a clean, snappy finish. Could easily session this although the 7% ABV is dangerously masked.
