Pours a deep-ish yellow color with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam with good retention. Aroma is pops of hops - tropical fruit & citrus with melon behind. Malts are cracker and wafers. Herbal hops come on later, but are light relative to the tropical fruits. Flavor profile is citrus lead with some tropical fruits behind. Herbal and sticky hops late. Cracker and wafer malt form the foundation of the pilsner, adding some dryness after the initial hops. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is fuzzy & soft. Overall, hops add a dynamic shape to each whiff and sip of an otherwise dry pilsner.
