Pale gold, thin layer of foam, bright clarity. Light natural cucumber sweetness in the aroma, pale malt, green garden. Fresh cucumber flavor, light bitterness, finishes dry and clean. Light bodied, somewhat effervescent and crisp. Nice saison, especially recommended if you like cucumber beers, which can be extremely refreshing.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Not unlike the texture of the stairs of most escalators I've been on. Anyway, this stuff pours a partly cloudy sunrise brass topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises mild cucumber, cracked wheat, light grass, light orange zest, flowers, and a touch of sourdough. The taste brings in more of the same, the cucumber slightly clashing with the new-coming pepper over the rest of the ingredients. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a solid saison, but I'm not sure the combination of cucumber and sharp pepper was the wisest choice, at least as far as my tastebuds go.
