Bought from Beermiscuous. This is my third witbier from Lo Rez (all I added) and they seem not to excel in this style relative to their saisons which use hops well. Flavor of Wheat has 25 IBU, so it got that level right. But it also has only 65 ratings on Untappd and only 8 this month, probably indicating this wit no longer is made.
So because I like Lo Rez, I say not much bad. My best advice is to find a good wit yeast and start over with a lively wit. Only five years old, Lo Rez is figuring out the Belgian tradition well... but as for the subtleties of the wit, they have yet to brew. ! Salud y votre Sante' !
