Pale amber, bright clarity, thin skim of foam that doesn’t last long or leave any lacing. Looks like apple juice after a few minutes.
Aroma of pumpkin spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Coffee gets a little lost behind the spice, but is still present.
Taste is more of the same, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coffee. Just like a pumpkin spice coffee, except the coffee is fairly toned down. It’s more of a pumpkin ale with a splash of coffee. Sadly there is next to no carbonation, despite the foam and sound from the cap. As a result it’s a little thin bodied and flabby. Flavors work together, just needs more body and assertiveness.

My favorite brew from this brewery. Pumpkin pie plus all the pumpkin pie spices then really good coffee flavor to boot. This beer will go toe to toe with any Elysian pumpkin beer.
